A FRESH CCTV appeal has been made as part of an ongoing police probe into an assault in Burnham.
At about 7.20pm on Thursday, August 8, police say a man was kicked in the back, causing him to fall, shortly after he boarded a train at Burnham station.
The attacker left the carriage before returning and throwing punches and spitting at the man before being made to leave the service by the train manager at Althorne station
Officers believe the man in the CCTV image may have information that could help their investigation.
A spokesman said: "Anyone who recognises him, or has any other information, is asked to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 2400086842 of August 8.
"Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
