ESSEX Police are appealing for a key witness of a fatal collision which saw three people taken to hospital for treatment.
Officers want to speak to anyone who has information or dashcam footage, and a witness believed to be driving a Mini, in relation to a fatal collision near Cock Clarks.
The incident involved a BMW which left the road travelling in Hackmans Lane, travelling from Cock Clarks towards Cold Norton, at about 2.30pm on Sunday 24 November.
Three people have been taken to hospital, one with serious injuries.
Sadly, a 38-year-old man died at the scene.
