THE Warren seniors have played their last friendly of the 2015 season.
They secured a resounding 6-2 win against Five Lakes.
Wins were achieved by Bob Alston and Tony Wilson, Charles Gauton and John Wicks, Steve Wren and Roy Pledger, Keith Amato and Mike Soul, Alan Smith and David Soul and Gordon Fairley and Clive Pretty.
Alan Smith won the nearest the pin prize for The Warren.
Seniors captain, Brian Hill-Cottingham signed off and will now pass over to next year’s seniors’ captain Stephen Wren, wishing him all the best for his year ahead.
The Ladies have also been busy with Joan Wilson beating Vanessa Adams for the Lady President’s Rosebowl in a play-off.
The Daily Mail Foursomes was won last week by Lesley Pearce and Sue Wolstenholme with 36 points.
Diane Dyer and Joan Wilson took second place with 33 points.
